Last night's snowfall brought two inches , the most we've seen in four years.

Pretty picture, David! Could be years before you see that much snow again.

Hey Bobbyearl,

That looks more like Chicago than North Carolina.

I'm on medical leave , under doctors orders to soak up more Vitamin D, down here in the sunshine state of Florida . I had forgotten what it felt like to be human.

I hope Spring comes soon.

Spring is on the way, Lisa!

You could be right, Mary. Four years is a long time between snows.

Hi Aunt Debbi, and welcome!

Thanks mightymatt!

Hey Carolyn! That's my kind of doctor--a prescription for sun and warm weather. Can I have a referral?

That's the perfect image of spring. The snow was surprisingly invigorating. Just the shot of pure bright sun we needed here. Next fall I've got to get some mini daffodils in the ground. So cute!

The daffodils stay pretty longer when they're kept in a florist's cooler - bet yours will be wonderful when the snow melts - Happy almost Blooming Day, David!

Beautiful snow and daffs!
Wonderful moisture for the gardens.
Let the sun do the work of removing it too. No need to shovel snow right?

It was such a pretty snow too--they were big fat flakes. I was just checking in on you. Hadn't seen you post in a few days. Did you hear about all the nurseries closing cause of drought restrictions in Eastern NC? It's really bad. I feel for them.
